Food Diet Plans
Planning a diet seems to be very simple but it actually isn’t! Most often, we make a diet chart in which almost every day we have the same menu. After a period of time, this plan and the same food on a daily basis becomes boring and soon enough our dieting resolution goes in danger.
So, what do we do to avoid the boredom of repetitive diet? Well, it’s very simple. To achieve a long-term success with our diet plans we have to make little changes in our daily food menus. This food mixing plan will not only stave off your meal boredom, it also will help you in getting adequate amounts of different types of essential vitamins and minerals that can keep you healthy.
Here is a nice diet plan which keeps me healthy and my taste buds happy:
Breakfast:
• Coffee or tea with low-fat or nonfat milk and/or a sugar substitute
• Vegetable juice cocktail
• Smoked Salmon & Cream Cheese Sandwich
• Buttermilk Waffles with Jam
• Breakfast Turkey Stack
• Almond Energy Blast
• Spiced Oatmeal with Dried Apricots & Walnuts
Lunch:
• Crisp Green Salad
• Whole Wheat Pizza Margherita
• Chipotle Rubbed Steak Wraps
• Fresh Tuna Salad with Simple Dijon
• Provolone Chicken Melts
• Poached Chicken, Zucchini and Wheat Berry Salad
• Curried Turkey Salad
Dinner:
• Grilled Salmon
• Baked Tomatoes With Basil and Parmesan
• Mixed Field Greens Salad
• Steak
• Terrific Turkey Burgers
• Chicken Skewers With Cous Cous
• Big Easy Shrimp over Rice
• Creamy Chicken Paprikash
• Peppery Zucchini Pasta
• Ginger Beef and Edamame Stir Fry
Dessert:

Dieting doesn’t mean you have to say bye-bye to desserts. It means you should eat everything in a good balanced proportion and the above meal plan does exactly that.
