flax seed juice or telba, it seems so refreshing particularly in these scorching days of summer. i always serve my family mixed fruit juice, but never thought of using flax seeds into them...well, can i use banana or some other fruit instead of pear as i am not much fond of that one!!

Never knew flax seeds and mangoes could make such a great combination! :)Also i like the fact that you have used natural sweetener like honey; would be a much healthier drink that way!

It is truly a novel drink..honestly i have never used flax seeds in any drink ....it does sound like a healthy drink..i have heard that flax seed has a lot of omega 3 fatty acids and it might also help control diabetes..anyways very interesting recipe ...

actually toasting the flax seed adds more flavor. I order the original Telba which does not contain fruit when I go to my favorite Ethiopian restaurant and you can tell the seeds are toasted, Yum!
