If you are thinking about ways of reducing exposure to BPA you have to bring changes in your food intake. Here are some ways to do so:
• Check if your chosen infant formula uses BPA, if it has you need to change your infant formula at once.

• Do not buy canned ready-to eat food especially sea-food such as tuna and shrimps which are available in canned variety mostly.
• Do not purchase food items which are packed in plastic containers.
