this is used for cooking.my mother she will make methi ball,she told me it is good for health.using methi seeds and leaves we can make many recipes.i love to use this ingredients lot.fenugreek was used for vareity of health conditions,such as menopausal symptoms,digestive problems.it is used for diabetes and loss of appetite and to stimulate milk production in breast feeding .it is also used for skin treat inflammation.
