Eat MORE to loose weight!!!!

I know...i know..... (Now dont gimme that look) NO PUN INTENDED..But yet its true.

Blissful..isnt it!! EAT MORE TO LOOSE WEIGHT. NO MORE pills and diets leaving you half full and starving till you finally give up and scum to a nice crisp waffer chip or a puffy burger...

Well, this is my own experience to share with you guys. So, you are getting it right from the horses mouth.. Enuf of playing with words..rite. Lemme tell you how it works.

Well, the simple funda is to "increase your BMR". The more we eat the more our BMR is raised and the faster our calories are utilised to burn out the slimy mass within our tissues. But, here come the tricky part (Should have guessed it at the very first instance..there has to be a catch. No good things come easy these days). ONE HAS TO EAT SENSIBLY. (Now, wot does that mean????) It means you'v gotta eat food which not only keeps you full but is low in calorie as well. Otherwise, its not gonna help neone who eats double the calorie one needs to burn 'THE FAT' cells. Hence, one can munch on plenty of fresh crisp greens, vegetables, fruits, low-calorie (preferably less oil, sugar, starch based) food items. Use whole cereals, whole pulses, skimmed milk to prepare food preparations of your choice..which not only gives you ample of options to work your diet out and leaves you full as well.

Thus, one has to have a "SMALL YET FREQUENT" meal pattern to loose weight. Which means you can eat a lot but at regular intervals..so that you dont get a bloated tummy after each meal of yours. This, will not only keep your taste-buds satisfied but your stomach happy as well!!

Wishin a very good health to everyone. Stay fit....

Sorry calories and quantity do make a difference. Healthy balanced eating including dairy, protein, grains, veggies, and fruits with good fiber and drinking a lot of water is key. Yes eating 3 meals and two or 3 snacks keeps your metabolism going and your body doesn't go in to starvation mode, BUT and it is a very big BUT what you eat and how much is VERY important. Eating healthy, portion control, drinking plenty of water, and getting regular exercise makes for slim, trim and fit healthy bodies. If what you say is true all those fast food grazers would be skinny VBG Shanti/Mary-Anne

What Shantihhh says is true. Portion control is the key. Also eating food that is low in calorie, high in protein and balance of fiberous fruits and veggies, greens, diary combined with exercise helps to keep fit and healthy.
