Good news for all junk food lovers, junk food can be healthy too, forget about overcoming those temptations for your favorite food.  Just eat the healthy junk food without worrying about those extra pounds and the ill effects therefore. Sure, you must be dying to know about the healthy junk food. Here I have some quick tips for healthy junk foods. 

  • Select grilled food over fried foods. Choose grilled chicken over fried chicken sandwich.
  • Opt for non creamy soups, dump dishes that has cream or creamy word attached to it.
  • Choose soup or vegetable salad or fruit salad over fries for a side dish.
  • Pair your food with mustard sauce or ketchup in place of mayonnaise.
  • Choose vegetable or tomato or lettuce sandwich and burgers, if you can dump meat or chicken.
  • Choose lean meat like chicken and turkey over cheese sandwiches and steaks.
  • Order for a thin crust pizza in place of stuffed crust pizza and go for vegetable toppings.
  • Choose to drink water instead of soda, aerated drinks and milk shakes.
  • Always opt for a smaller kid size meal. It will have fewer calories.
  • Some foods are considered junk when eaten outside, so make them at home and alter the junk with healthy ingredients.
