It is recommended to drink some health daily to keep us hydrated and full of energy all through the year. Water is no doubt the coolest and healthiest drinks to quench your thirst and it helps to keep you energized even in the hot summer days. However, it does not offer you nutrition which you require daily – Here are some very healthy drinks for a daily diet, which can help you to stay fit and happy.

 

Watermelon cooler – These are very rich  in antioxidants and watermelons are said to be good in vitamins C and A. These can be combined with cooling properties of Rose which minimizes the risk of dehydration. Different ingredients are used in the making of this healthy drink which includes watermelon, lemon juice, and rose syrup. These need to be blend very well and poured in a glass. It can be easily garnished with small pieces of watermelon.

 

Wheatamin – This is usually made from grams of wheat, skimmed milk, banana and an unusual combination of a power packed drink. This is very low in sugar and fatty substances and rich in proteins and complex carbohydrates. The different ingredients are mixed well until a very thick mixture is obtained. This is usually served very chill.

 

Soy shakeThis healthy drink is very rich in isoflavones and proteins. It helps you to stay away from different diseases and help to boost your levels of immunity. It also helps to keep away various forms of heart diseases as well as osteoporosis. You need to blend various substances like sugar, vanilla, sugar and also soy sauce. You can garnish it with crushed walnuts.

 

Herbs – This drink is a very rich source of vitamins which are normally vitamin B and C. These contain good quantities of electrolytes and antioxidants which help in healthy growth and healthy living. You can add little amla, tulsi leaves and ginger. All the ingredients can be mixed together to form a very thick puree. Tulsi and mint can be used for garnishing purpose.

 

Yogurt drinks – These are easy to drink, nutritious, portable and very low in calories. It is best if you prepare the drink with fat free yogurt which makes it a very healthy option. These drinks are healthy alternatives and help in the digestion system and meets the specific demand of individuals. It is a convenience drink which is considered to be a perfect balance of nutrition, convenience and taste.

 

Homemade protein drinks – These are usually made from frozen vanilla ice-cream, ripe bananas which are peeled and sliced well, along with evaporated milk, broken pecans, wheat grams and protein powder. These drinks are very beneficial for body building purposes and help to keep the body healthy and strong. This can be had every morning as a part of healthy breakfast drink.
