Well, then you would soon have to change your tastes!

A recent study conducted reveals how importantly your cooking method is linked to your health. It seems that the way you cook your food is as important as the food you eat itself!

 cook

Food when grilled, seared or fried produces toxin called Advanced Glycation EndProducts (AGEs) which when absorbed by the body is said to trigger harmful diseases, cause diabetes and accelerate aging. This when consumed in large amounts can also cause kidney malfunction, damage blood-vessels leading to heart attack and stroke. And of all, if you still refuse to change your taste, baby, as you’re one sure candidate for Alzheimer’s disease, the dreadful degenerative disorder!

So, if you care for your health and your family’s, be ready to change the way you cook, else be sure that your goose is cooked!
