I understand from a discussion with an administrator at a Senior's Residence that they were allowed from the Govt (CDN) about $ $4.00 per day for 3 meals and three snacks, while the prison population were receiving about $12 per day. Is that truish or misleading? Maybe " Only in Canada, EH??" D. Coulter
