The Demi Moore diet or rather diets have raised the eyebrows in the past. Why? Simply because this sensational Indecent Proposal actress's diets were sightly bent towards extreme end of the dieting spectrum. This 48 year old, mother of 4, is beautiful and looks almost flawless. But what were her extreme diets? Why did she go on them? Should you go on those diets or not? All this and more as you read below.
The Demi Moore Diet
Of all the diets that Mrs. Ashton Kutcher has tried, just 4 diets seem to be getting a lot of attention. The first diet is the Master Cleanse Diet, which is also known as the Lemonade Diet or the Maple Syrup Diet. This is a crazy two-week liquid diet where you are allowed consisting of maple syrup, lemon juice and cayenne pepper. Apparently it will cleanse out your system and make you lose upto 14 pounds. Demi and Ashton tried but could not complete it.
The second diet that she has been linked with is the Raw Food Diet! This diet is more of a vegan diet which consists mostly of raw, fresh produce as food. Another important factor of this diet is that food is not allowed to be cooked over 118 Deg F. Through this diet, the dieter would apparently get all the necessary nutrition from the fresh produce.
Several years back when she was shooting for the movie Charlie's Angels 2, she was on what is known as the Carbohydrate Addict’s Diet. While on this diet, she reduced a dress size. This diet focuses on cutting down the carbohydrates and increasing the protein intake.
Finally, we also know that she was on the Zone Diet. This is probably the healthiest diet plan that Demi has ever followed. This diet works on the 40:30:30 ratio of obtaining calories from carbohydrates, proteins and fats. However, this ratio has been the bone of contention between many scientists and they are still arguing its validity.
Demi Moore is also a physically active person. She does pilates, cardio and yoga. She has also had lessons in kickboxing( remember G.I. Jane?). This is something that anyone can attempt.

Do I want to look so fabulous at 48? Yes! But will I go on extreme diets? Hell no! Neither should you. Going on extreme diets will take its toll on your body eventually. The best way to get the body of your dreams is by having healthy eating practices and exercising regularly.
However, you must note that apparently Demi Moore is no longer the serial dieter that she was. She now wants to set the right example for her children by eating right.
