If you can take to food inspired sneakers then, food jewellery shouldn’t come as a surprise, I have fondly saved up a pair of plastic red chili earrings from my childhood. Though I don’t have the guts to wear them now, my love fondness for jewelry made from food or inspired by food hasn’t abated.

Dried Fruit Rings

These dried fruit rings are completely edible!! Fruits like plum, apples and pears are dried using dehydrators and then shaped and attached to metal rings. Though I doubt how long this piece of food jewellery will last before it falls apart. But then again, why wait till then. Just bite it off! A healthy and tasty treat on a ring!

Breast Milk Jewellery

Though it may sound gross this food jewelry is simply beautiful. The  French Design collective Duende made this jewelry by solidifying human or animal milk. The casein content from the milk was treated until the milk adopted a plastic form.
