Crepis DE DOCE DE LEITE TOILETS IN CHOCOLATE
Ingredients
250 g flour
500 cc of milk
2 eggs
10 cc of oil
50 g sugar
500 g of fresh milk (thick, used in fillings)
100 g of melted chocolate
Method of Preparing
Place in a bowl of milk, oil, sugar, eggs and mix.
Finally incorporate the flour, mixing with mixer wire so that no lumps form.
Allow ½ hour rest in the refrigerator.
Prepare the crepes in a pan, frying pan or a panquequeira.
Final assembly
Fill the crepes with a spoonful of sweet milk in the middle of the circle,
fold in half and in half again, as a scarf.
Accommodate the crepes in a bowl and moisten with melted chocolate.
