Cooking for Life
Chefs Vikas and Hari are renowned chefs in New York City. They also have a foundation called Cooking for Life. The organization was years ago after being inspired by Mother Teresas Soup kitchen and then got a shot after the 9/11 event. It recently organized a charity cooking event in front of the Pyramids to be followed by one named Soul of the Taj Mahal in 2007
