Christmas Menu - The Perfect Christmas Menu Idea For Two! What I love about cooking for a special someone is that, how much ever you toil to make that perfect meal;it pays off in the end. It pays off when it brings a smile on your loved one's face. The last time I cooked a romantic meal, I had to slog the entire day, just to prep the food before cooking. I actually had sweat beaded on my brows while cooking. But, you know what, it was totally worth it. The fruit of my hard work resulted in a kiss that I hoped for. I'm going to give you some tips with which, you can add the romance to your Christmas meal. This Christmas, I wish  my kind of luck for all of you.

  1. To prepare the perfect, romantic Christmas meal for two, you need to plan your menu at least a couple of days in advance.

  2. Decide upon how and where you are going to serve the dishes. You can either have it under the Christmas tree, or near the fire place, or on your bed, or as usual on the dining table. If you are going to serve food on the bed, I would suggest that you do not serve any fluid food. You don't want to spill and stain on your beautiful sheets, do you?

  3. Decide on what kind of cuisine that you are going to get involved with this Christmas. If it is Lebanese, then stick to Lebanese. Do not mix and match dishes from different cuisines unless you have prior experience working on them.

  4. Make sure that you have all the necessary ingredients in place before you start cooking.

  5. A romantic culinary experience is not just about eating fantastic food, it is also about the surroundings. So if you want to turn the coziness of your home up by a notch, go ahead and do it. Get the extra pillows, nice satin curtains, flower, candles, potpourri and all that you think will help create a better romantic dining experience.

  6. Turn the music on. I would recommend Kenny G or Yanni or Sade. I love Sade. She has the voice like the gently melting butter. Food tastes better with good music.

Have a wonderful Christmas and enjoy your feast of love!

PS: Good luck with cleaning the dishes after the meal. LOL!
