Scientists suggest that if you are seriously considering the chocolate for weight loss then it is better to stick with chocolate or chocolate based products which have at least 60% of the cocoa. Dutch processed dark chocolates should be totally avoided.

There cant be anything as easier as eating a bar of chocolate for weight loss. But chocolates processed with peanut butter, nuts and crunchies, sugar syrup,  lesser percentage of cocoa and are loaded with fat inducing ingredients like butter, lard, sugar and othe preservatives hence they must be avoided.
