Cheese Is No Longer Cheesy…

Ok, I never used to say so before. 

I usually had a tin of cheese, another couple of boxes of cheese spreads and may be a pack or more of cheese slices lying abandoned in my refrigerator. Why? Because, like you, even I thought that regular intake of dairy products, especially cheese, meant a fully blotted up family!!! 

But now, I will say, cheese is no longer cheesy! Believe me; an article I read recently said that cheese is so full with the goodness of milk, but with a difference that it comes in a concentrated form. Calcium, phosphorous, Vitamin B12, Vitamin A, you just name it and cheese has it all. And to my surprise, cheese is excellent for dental health. What’s more, regular consumption of cheese even drops down the risk of much serious diseases like cancers, heart ailments etc.

But hold on! When I say regular consumption, it’s up to you to decide the quantity you consume. Yes, being calorie-dense, gorging cheese can also shoot up your cholesterol and blood pressure levels. 

So, why wait, simply add cheese to your dietary regime. To my vegan peers, all cheeses are vegetarian. So club in for some of the most delicious cheese recipes and say cheese…now to your food!
