Charleston contest is the third in a series of competitions organized by the restaurant during the summertime. Previous contests included making a Charleston-inspired ice cream. The winner presented "seersucker", which was an assortment of a Charleston chew candy, peanuts, vanilla ice cream and blueberries. The second one was a Christmas cookie making contest where the winner had submitted a cookie in Palmetto tree shape decorated with pecans, sesame seeds and rice flour. Sweet tea glaze served to be the topping of the cookie.
