Did you think loosing weight after a baby was next to impossible? Jennifer Lopez after her twins has proved all such myths wrong. The singer cum actress had a glowing pregnancy and according to her “I gained a good amount of weight, which I was focused on because twins can sometimes have a low birth weight. I gained 45-50lbs, a lot for my frame, but for twins it’s right on.” Regarding the weight gain the extra fat on the belly is the same for celebrities as well. She further says ““It’s amazing how your stomach goes boop and it’s this jiggly mass. I even play with my little leftover belly.”  But loosing it is also possible the beautiful and sexy actress has proved it.

Jennifer Lopez or JLo as she is fondly called did not cut down on her eating while she was pregnant. She was however, determined to get back to shape at the earliest possible. She got her very own gym in her New York home all ready by the time the babies were on the way. After the delivery and the doctor’s “Yes” nod she was on her way to get back her envious figure. The sexy JLo figure….she had so many guys going ga ga over it. And surprisingly she is back to that in no time. Of course lot of hard work behind that. With trainer Gunnar Peterson, a workout that consisted of cardios and strength training.

For JLo, red meat was a strict no. She was having four mini meals in a day rather than the regular meals. Her diet consisted of good helpings of vegetables, fruit and lean meat. The glowing complexion and the wonderful figure sure are not so easy to achieve. However, a little determination and it is possible, some of the celebrity moms sure have proved it.
