Celebrity Inspired Liquor Brands - From Fab To Flop - These are the liquors that could have been fabulous but they have flopped. I can't help but wonder what were these celebrities thinking before they decided to either create it or endorse it. Liquor couture is a fine art. For example, P.Diddy' Ciroc Vodka turned out to be a hit when most alcohol critics looked at it suspiciously during the time of its release. My point is that, there is a very thin line between what makes a liquor a huge success and a nasty flop. When it comes to celebrity inspired liquor brands that went bad, I could only think of three 'poisons'.

Marilyn Manson's Mansinthe

Hahaha.. lol! I find the name of his 'poison' real gross. What is worse, is how it tastes. I'm told that it tastes like a cross between sewage water and the swamp slug. Arrgh! People, in case you didn't know, all the absinthe drink varieties are banned due to the fact that they are poisonous hands down. I strongly do believe that Manson was not in his sane sense of mind when he came up with this idea. The liquor maker who agreed to produce the Mansinthe must have definitely been stoned then.

Cam'ron's Sizzurp

I think that the Sizzurp existed much before it got featured in that Cam'ron's video. This drink is lethal. I hear that it is a combination of cough syrup and some 'God-knows-what' drugs. Last year, Pimp C the rapper (not a surprising name for a rapper) died of a Sizzurp overdose. It does sound funny; his name that is but what is not funny is his death. So watch it, people. This drink is so typical of the rappers and their not so smart entourages. Stay away from it.

Jermaine Dupri's 3 Vodka

What's up this Jermaine Dupri's drank y'all? I'm told that it was love at the first sip for him. The vodka is soy-based(interesting) and heavily fruit flavored. It is said to taste like a pear that was fermented for three centuries. 3 Vodka – you either love it or hate it. There are no in-betweens.

Finally, dear celebrities, if you decide to experiment with your luck with liquor couture, then please apply some common sense into it. See what everyone might like. Just because, you have real eccentric tastes of alcohol, it does not mean that everyone is equally weird like you. Thank you.
