This is what Oliver had to say in the TED conference, Long Beach California,  on Wednesday “"My wish is for you to have a strong, sustainable movement to educate every child about food, to inspire families to cook again and to empower people everywhere to fight obesity,"

Eudcating children on healthy cooking, appointing food ambassadors in supermarkets to educate customers about healthy food choices,  and improving labeling for  better cautioning against unhealthy food are all on the agenda of this celebrity chef and author of cookbooks’ project. The “ Jamie Oliver’s Food Revolution” and “ Feed Me Better” biggie, appeals not only to the Americans but also the English.

With the health care insurance costs being high, it has become imperative for Americans to adopt healthy food choices. What do you think ? Image Credit: TED
