Weekends and pancakes have a curious connection with each other. Weekends are yummy so are the pancakes. In weekends we think of leisure and fun, a simple stroll on the rooftop and a cool look over the street without any hurly burly of the office days. Pancakes are like the leisure; one or two bites, and the cake melts in the mouth. So why not make a creamy weekend this time with some pancakes special!!!
Coconut pancakes
Think about some coconut pancakes; coconut pancakes are extremely easy to make. Ingredients are simple; coconut milk, unsweetened coconut, butter, coconut powder, all purpose flour, cake flour, and baking powder. You can prepare the coconut syrup with coconut milk and maple syrup.
Apple pancakes
Take some apple paste and add it with cake flour, add eggs and buttermilk in it. Mix the ingredients together and start frying on griddle or on the hot pan with peanut butter or in coconut oil. Add apple syrup on the pancakes.
Mixed pancakes
Make the usual batter with cake flour, all purpose flour, eggs, butter, and salt. Additionally, you have to add chopped apple, blueberries, and choco chips for crunchy choco taste. These fluffy cakes can be best served with honey or maple syrup.
Fruity pancakes
Take the ingredients like eggs, flour, whole milk, mashed banana, sugar, baking powder, pinch of salt, and semi sweet choco chips. Add all ingredients to form a smooth batter and then you should fry the mixture. You can add any syrup on it. It will surely taste wonderful.
A great pleasure of the weekends is the brunch at early noon, with family. If you think it close brunch menus are never complete with a creamy sweet item; desserts are too sugary at least in the morning; but cakes are the perfect for the brunch plates. Hardly, it takes time to bake a weekend- special pancake; it is great way to pamper you, the kids of your family and others and a clear threat to the Monday blues with the pancake weekend.
