Calorie diet menu Dinner

 

  • Chicken Roast – Marinate chicken in brine solution and herbs – have it roasted without skin.
  • Mashed potatoes with semi-skimmed milk – Boil potatoes, add some pinch of salt and semi skimmed milk for added taste.
  • Boiled, steamed broccoli – Add pepper, salt and herbs for added taste.
  • Carrots and seasonal vegetables boiled and diced into small cubes.
  • 100ml gravy prepared from granules.

Evening

 

  • Low calorie hot chocolate drink
  • Bowl of oats with skimmed milk and fruits

 

Calories diet menu works differently for men and women – men tend to lose pounds much faster than women, mostly due to genetic factors. This diet plan can be continued for more than a week, depending upon the base weight when the diet plan started.
