Play It Smart:

Why deny the taste and fun of Christmas, when there are ways to play it smart and safe! You can burn off the calories the very next day, all you got to do is to engage in 30-45 min of brisk walking or 30-45 min of workout in your gym. How about dancing out your calories, if that appeals to you that’s the best option to go for!
