Cake with Yoghurt and Damson plums
Ingredients: 3 eggs 1 1/2 (tea) of sugar 3 spoons (soup) of butter 1 natural yoghurt packing 1 1/2 (tea) of wheat flour 1 spoon (soup) of I leaven in dust 100 dry damson plum g (previously boiled and perforated)
Preparation: It has beaten the clear ones in castle and it reserves. It has beaten to the egg yolks with the sugar and the butter until getting a cream and fofo clearly. It adds the yoghurt and it mixes the wheat flour. Dressing gown more a little. It are of the dough mixer, mixes I leaven it in dust, the beaten perforated damson plums and the clear ones in castle. It has led to the preheated oven, in a form dipped in grease, until cooking Takes out of a mould after cold.
