Now that I'm back in The Big Apple I can recommend checking out Bryant Park this weekend....

Winter Celebration in Bryant Park -- On Saturday, visit The Pond at Bryant Park for free activities from 2-5. Beginning at 2:30PM, the first 100 visitors to the American Airlines Display in The Pond Exhibit Area will receive free skate rentals. NHL star alumni Rod Gilbert, Clark Gillies, Bob Nystrom, and Benoit Hogue will make on-ice appearances and sign autographs. Between 2:15PM and 3:45PM, kids can sing along and play with Flaubert Frog at the nearby Bryant Park carousel. This is the final weekend to enjoy free skating at The Pond at Bryant Park, so make the most of it.
