Celebrity DietBradley Cooper has been in the tinsel town for quite some time but nobody spoke of his body much until A-Team happened. He showed off his 6 packs in the movie left a lot of ladies asking for more and every desirable man wanting to follow the Bradley Cooper Diet! It wasn't surprising when I was told that he was on a strict diet and workout regimen for six solid months to get that rippling body. Alright boys, let's check out the Bradley Cooper Diet!

Bradley Cooper Diet Secrets!

It must have really been hard on the Hangover star, because his diet for six months was almost devoid of sugar, flour and salt. Besides he also gave up alcohol or rather minimized it to a negligible amount. This is what he had to say about his diet, "It was the worst but I would still make sandwiches. I would like cut a grape in half – this is so depressing – and I would put an almond inside, you know, to make a little sandwich. It was my big treat." Of course his protein intake would have been doubled than usual and that helped him to build muscle.

Bradley Cooper was on the Braganza -3-2-1 workout. This workout includes 3 cardio circuits, 2 strength training circuits and 1 core circuits. All this lasted just one very intense hour. Each interval would last just 10 minutes. The first 10 minutes would include steady cardio workout like running, rowing or cycling. The second 10 minutes would be strength training. The third 10 minutes would be high intensity cardio like sprinting. It would be 30 seconds of sprinting and 90 seconds of rest. The fourth 10 minutes was compound movements like squats, rows and bench presses and also some other weight training. The fifth 10 minutes includes moderate to high intensity cardio. The last 10 minutes would be core training such as abdominal workouts.

Final Word on the Bradley Cooper Diet:

The thing about Bradley Cooper's diet and workout is that, one has to be really patient with one's body. Muscles will not develop overnight but they will eventually build up in by month 4 or month 6. His work out can be done almost by anyone but that also calls for some serious diet changes. Going on a low carb-high protein diet requires the supervision of a doctor or a nutritionist. So make sure that you visit your doctor before making drastic changes to your diet. Good luck, boys!
