Big Mike’s can throw down with any pizzeria in the greater Jacksonville area when it comes to good crust.  Let me back up - Great crust.  It’s good - it’s damn good - get it?  I’m not easy to please because every time I take a bite of pizza I compare it to my dad’s pie and in my eyes he has some of the best crust going.  I’ll be the first to say the pizza didn’t look pretty - look at the sloppy coverage of the sausage (one of my pet peeves), and he must have cut it with a dull cutter because I had to tare a few pieces apart but the pie was good.  It’s worth going back for.  Personally I didn’t like the looks of the restaurant but I can’t say enough about the pizza.  They have two locations - 9119 Merrill Road & 14025 M. Pleasant Rd here in Jax...  I got this one at the Merrill Rd location.  I’ll be back!  I give it an A- (points taken off for bad sausage distribution)...
