Finding best cereals for weight loss is pretty difficult as all the boxes in the cereal aisle claim to be the best. The different labels on the box misleads the buyers, they claim to be whole grain but when you check the ingredient list  you can find that they are loaded with sugar and refined grains. So to make your job easy, I have listed down some best cereals for weight loss that would help to reduce cholesterol and lose weight in a safe way.

 

Plain Instant Oatmeal

Oatmeal is always considered as best cereal for weight loss since the high fiber and protein keeps you full for a long time.  Regular oatmeal is totally natural as it is unprocessed. Do not buy the flavored types as they mostly contain synthetic sugar. You can add natural sweetener like sliced apple and banana to your oatmeal bowl.
