The bubbly is never in dearth of spirit because you don’t need rhyme or reason to celebrate the “all-season” champagne. Here are the best 5 champagne holiday cocktails to shake or stir to make your holiday fun, bouncing along with the fizz of the drink.

 
 
 
 
  1. Tintoretto(pear cocktail): With one ripe Anjou pear pureed in a food processor and 2 oz. of Poire William poured in a chilled glass, topped with champagne and stirred- indeed the “pearly” pears  feature as the best champagne holiday cocktails.
  2. Caribbean champagne cocktail:  You have all reason to go bananas over this cocktail. With ½ teaspoon of crème de bananas and ½ teaspoon of  light rum poured into chilled champagne flute, topped with champagne and well, crowned with slices of bananas- A toast to one of the best holiday cocktails!.
  3. Holiday Bellini’s: 2 large pears blanched, peeled and pitted, are mixed with 1 ½ tablespoons of lemon juice, 3 tablespoons of orange juice and, pureed in a blender, till a smooth paste is formed.   4. Ambrosia: Heavenly indeed, is this champagne holiday cocktail with 1 oz. of brandy, 1 oz. of apple brandy, and ½ teaspoon of raspberry syrup mixed into a shaker with split ice and shaken nicely. After which the liquid is strained into a chilled champagne glass and topped with fresh raspberries.

With 1/4th teaspoon cognac, 3 tablespoons  of vanilla ice cream,    ¼ teaspoon Maraschino liqueur,   ¼ teaspoon Triple Sec mixed together and stirred  with the champagne; the cocktail is served topped with maraschino cherry.
