HONEY SAUCES---
Tomato sauce---2½bottles
h.p. sauce---2btl(1200ml.)
Oyster sauce, L.P. sauce,sugar, salt, ajinomoto,red color
and honey.
SWEET AND SOUR SAUCE---
Tomato sauce—3 bottle
Vinegar--------2 bottles
L & P sauce----1 bottle
Sugar, salt, ajinomoto,colour, strawberry jam.
CHILLI SAUCE--------
oil, onion , garlic,tomato ketchup,salt, azinomoto,
red chili paste—cook well
GARLIC SAUCE—
garlic—400gm
Ginger—600gm
Salt---30gm
Azinomoto---50gm
Castor sugar---01kg
Tomato bottles—06bot
rice wine—2 ½ botlle
Sesame oil—1/2 btl
Mix well, uncooked
•SZECHUAN SAUCE
•Prop.Chillipaste-300ml
•Castor sugar—1200gm
•Soya sauce---01 botl
•Maggi sauce—01botl
•Light soya—01lit
•t,. Ketchup—04botl
•Honey---01botl
•L & p 06BOTL
•Vinegar—300ml
•Lemon juice---50ml
•Colour, water, cook for 01boil and store.
BROWN SAUCE
