Baked Tortilla Chips...
I was having a party to watch the last round of the football playoffs and wanted to serve some chips and salsa. I had some salsa tortilla chips (thanks to Steve The Tortilla Guy) and I couldn't think of anything better to make chips out of - They already taste like salsa so they could only help the flavour. These worked out really well...
Start with some quality tortillas...
Cut into your desired sizes...
Place on a baking sheet in a single layer
Bake until your desired doneness at 350... Eat and enjoy...
