The Young Chefs Academy has over 100 franchisee locations nationwide in USA including one in Forest Hills, New York. The academy is run by Chris and Karen Chesleigh.

The kids cook up sumptuous and authentic White House recipes, researched and even sourced from past white house chefs like Roland Mesnier.

The sky is the limit for them, apart from a certain ingredient which can liven up your ‘spirit’……? Care to venture a guess ?
