Avocado Face Mask

For this simple face mask you would require 2 tablespoons ripe mashed avocado, 1 teaspoon honey, 1 teaspoon beaten egg white and 2 drops wheat germ essential oil. Mix all the ingredients together in a blender or with a fork. Wash your face and wipe clean. Apply the mask all over your face and neck. This mask can also be applied to your under eye area. Leave the mask for about 25-30 minutes and then wash off with lukewarm water.

Regular application of the mask will not only keep your skin hydrated and nourished but can also diminish signs of premature aging.

Avocado Face Massage

An avocado face massage is one of the best ways of delivering vital nutrients directly to your skin. It also helps increase blood circulation while aiding the skin in getting rid of impurities and toxins. Make this massage a part of your daily regime and beautiful, youthful skin would be yours forever!

Mash avocado pulp and mix a teaspoon of fresh cream if your skin is dry. Fresh cream can be substituted with yogurt in case your skin is oily. Add a few drops of lavender essential oil and mix well.
