they overeat on three meals but they really need to divide there three big meals into six small meals.it controlls hunger and boost your metabolism burning more calories. also eating healthy can lead to eating a little more. stick to chicken and fish with brown rice and vegatables. stay away from trans fats and saturated fats and high sodium. it doesn't hurt to read the nutrition facts before you buy an item. exercise. is big key. exercise sounds tough but isn't. walk thirty minutes twice a day everyday. the biggest key is you have to be strong mentally because cutting down eating isn't easy and you'll see something that you want but you just have to tell yourself "no". one thing that helps is chewing gum. the extra commercial is true. chewing does stop craving.
