Are you a night owl??

If you are then maybe you are not Healthy, Wealthy or Wise... But do you really think that people you are awake till late night are Morons? According to the saying Bill Gates goes to bed even before his kid does.

 As I was surfing the web to learn about these species I came across a Delayed Sleep Phase Syndrome. I just loved the fact that there is a syndrome for every thing.           Let me ask all those night owls... Do you look for food?

 

You biological cycle decides if you will be awake at wee hours and it is not a  personality trait.

 

Don't be discouraged if you feel energetic at the middle of the night and sleep when theworld is about to wake up. Try turning your clock, actually fool it. Bright light therapy might work.  Avoid napping during the day ( as if that is an option for many of us). Keep distractions out of your zzzzz area. If you have a studip apartment just look the tv and the boom box in the closet for the night. If night is the only time you are home then just sell that stuff to a friend who is an early bird. Hey, I even gave you a tip to make some money.

You can also try taking vitamin B12 supplement. B12 is naturally found in animal products like milk and its products and eggs.

Try drinking a warm glass of milk before bedtime. Fortifoed cereals are also a good source. You can have them as a late night snack with some milk.  

Try these tips and see if it works..
