Anyone else having issues with their points?

I've posted this in the Help Group with and have recieved no answers to the issue so I thought I would try here... I keep uploading videos but my 'Points' are not moving an inch. I'm stuck on the same number I was months ago... Anyone else having this problem or know how to fix it?

Thanks for the feedback Nikko. In order to handle heavy traffic, we have implemented page caching. Caching allows us to server pages faster to large number of guests, but it means that points, views etc do not update instantly. However they all are recorded and get updated at regular intervals. If the points do not change in a day or so, please let us know and we will investigate and fix the issue. With Regards, ifood.tv Admin

I am not sure about the points but I was surprised to find a problem uploading pictures for a recipe recently. I have all my cooking related pictures in a folder on my computer and that is where I have uploaded from for the last 100+ recipes. But yesterday, there was a constant error message saying that the file was not configured properly. Well...after trying several times and making sure the picture was well within its size limit, I assume its a problem with the ifood servers. Please Help Admin.
