An Italian Dinner Menu
A light breakfast a heavy lunch and a moderate dinner seems to be the way of Italians! An Italian dinner is a homely occasion that can be both satisfying and delicious. Like lunch the dinner is also divided into fours sections, Antipasto (marinated vegetables), Primo (pasta or rice dish), Secondo (Meat course) and Dolce (dessert).
Todays Italian Dinner Menu is:
1. Antipasto Toss - This is a delicious salad made from olives, beans, artichoke heart, boiled eggs and pepperoni. The salad or antipasto can be served as an appetizer. Serve it with some Italian cheese.

2. Fettuccine with butter and cream(Primo) - This dish is also known as Fettuccine Alfredo in America. It is a simple dish that will compliment the secondo that I have in mind.
3. Chicken D’arduini(Secondo) - This is a traitional Italian dinner dish that boasts of amazingly succulent chicken in exquisitely flavored gravy.
4. Italian Cheese Cake – Dolce – I have added this is simple and easy to make dessert as it is light in terms of calorie and perfect to round off this sumptuous meal.
This menu is easy to prepare and ends up as a diverse and filling diner spread. To save time, you can prepare the fettuccine earlier and reheat it before mixing the sauce. Enjoy!:-)!
