HELLO!

              I am apple. Everybody knows about me very well.

                                                                                                Yeh, You will happy when you will listen my name. Everybody feels happy and fresh after eating me. Palpitation will far away. It means any use is fruitful for diseases or aspect. I am named as APPLE in English, SEB in Urdu, and TAFFAH in Arabic and SAUF in Sindhi.

                                                                                                              There are different colors of apples such as red, pink, golden and green. Some apples are very sweet and sour. My different known its own name. AMBARI, GOLDEN, KULLU and SHERAZI are most common in Karachi.

                                                 You must know, there are thousands of my varieties in all over the world. Doctors tell to everybody about me. I am full of nutrition, vitamins, iron and phosphorus. I am sure that everybody knows that ‘AN APPLE A DAY KEEPS THE DOCTOR AWAY’. All the physical functions will active. My regular use balance all hormones in body. My regular use keeps liver, intestine and stomach healthy. My iron, phosphorus and calcium improves red cells and blood ratio and healthy blood gives us a healthy body.       

    An apple everyday keep a healthy skin, and remove joint problems and lungs become strong.

 I am also exhaution and stress remover. My regular use give a strong brain.
