’KITCHEN’’ plays a very important in every house and to keep it in a proper way and clean it time to time is our duty.

     It doesn’t matters if our kitchen is big or small in size but it should be airy because most of the housewives have to spend most of their time in kitchen cooking food.

              Place for cutting meat or vegetable should

always be in the between of oven (stove) and sink. Ingredients for cooking food should be placed in the cabinets near oven (stove). All the herbs and spices needed for cooking food should be placed in transparent bottles so that it can be easily seen whereas salt should be placed in a clean bottle made up of glass.

             Cabinets and kitchen rack should always be kept cleaned. If it’s not cleaned there will be insects such as cockroaches and lizards. The way to keep all the racks and cabinets clean is that we should change the newspapers once in a week which is kept in cabinets and racks. Before placing paper in racks sprinkle boring powder so that there will be no insects and the cabinet will stay clean. Sprinkle detergent powder boiled in water in kitchen pipes to make them clean.

                  Buy bins having lid in it for keeping garbage, place plastic in it and close it after throwing garbage in it. In this way it will be very easy for us to keep that plastic out of our houses when needed.

                                                                   Clean the oven (stove) and close it when going to bed.

                                                                Always cook food at low flame, in this way our utensils won’t get damage. Keep all the heavy utensils in the lower portion of the cabinet which are not used widely.

                                                                   In the night time, when the dinner is taken try to clean the kitchen before going to bed to keep it away from insects.
