Well, it was not really a secret. Albert Einstein openly confessed his preference for vegetarianism. In a letter to 'Vegetarian Watch-Tower', he said that it was his view that the vegetarian manner of living by its purely physical effect on the human temperament would most beneficially influence the lot of mankind. He also said, “Nothing will benefit human health and increase the chances for survival of life on Earth as much as the evolution to a vegetarian diet.”
Albert Einstein wrote a letter written to Hans Muehsam, a year before he died stating, "So I am living without fats, without meat, without fish, but am feeling quite well this way. It always seems to me that man was not born to be a carnivore."

Vegetarianism is a good thing. Vegetarians have less toxins in their body than the meat eaters. Their body metabolism rates are also better than the meat-eaters. While a vegetarian diet is great, it has some serious shortcomings too. The vegetarian diet does not have any Vitamin B12 at all. Vitamin B12 is absolutely crucial for a healthy nervous system as it helps with synthesis of DNA during cell division. Lack of B12 will eventually lead to anemia. We don't need that do we?
So, onus is on me to give you some healthy Albert Einstein diet tips. Vegetarian diet is good, but you will still have to consult a doctor before going into any diet. Make sure that you have enough protein and vitamin supplements along with your diet. Also make healthy food choices and excersise regularly.
