1: Every day eat Salad. FOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOD
 
2: One main dish with gravy (not dry). Like dal or a vegetable curry of choice. FOOD
 
3: One side dish with sabji, dry vegetable dish (without gravy). FOOOOOOOOOO
 
4: One yogurt dish, either natural yogurt or a Raita. FOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOD
 
5: Chapatties or other Indian breads such as Tandoori Roti, Nan or Plain Paratha. O
 
6: One Drink dish, Like natural Fruit juce or one glass of Milk(Shake). FOOOOOD
