• Puran Poli : Puran Poli is a popular Holi dish and has nation wide popularity called by different names in different regions. Made from lentil, all-purpose flour cardamom powder and jaggery (has higher health-quotient compared to sugar), Puran Poli is a topper Holi dish.
• Gujjias: The all-time Favorite of Holi festival – Gujjias can be wrapped up as a healthy delicacy by adding dates instead of sugar. Soak the dates before hand and put it in the blender. • Chana Dal pancakes with tamarind chutney: Pancakes made of Bengal grams with veggies like spinach, carrot, curry leaves, ginger to pep it up makes a mouth-watering recipe. Side it with tamarind chutney for the ultimate flavor.
• Meetha Poodas : Meetha poodas is a famous Gujarati recipe and can add zest to the Holi festival. You can give a healthy boost to the recipe by replacing sugar with jaggery. Soak the jaggery in little bit of water before mixing it with the batter.
