Delicious foods or a delicious mood? What is your choice? Commonsense says that delicious foods pep up you mood. But here’s an article from Shine that says that certain good foods give you a bad mood after the initial high. So watch out if you’re eating any of these.
BAGELS

Bagels are great for a morning breakfast. But don’t eat them without good protein supplements as there are chances of you going cranky, lethargic and forgetful an hour after you eat them.
HOT DOGS

Who doesn’t love to gorge on a hot dog on a busy afternoon? But just don’t buy them from any junk food outlet as you might develop a headache. The reason is nitrate preservatives in the food. Buy organic if you possible.

White Chocolate is not actually chocolate. It’s got no cocoa. So this chocolate is sans the good effects of cocoa. So all you get is your quota of sugar and who doesn’t know that sugar is a major culprit in causing depression?

Yes, those tempting potato fries that you binge on while watching TV contain oodles of carbohydrates, sugar and salt all of which make you sluggish. Now, you know why a couch potato with a bag of French fries is probably a very obese person.
DRINKS
Many people resort to drinks to ‘escape’ family tensions. Not correct, at all! Drinks give you a high and then make you depressed and violent. You lose your judgmental skills.
FLAVORED LATTE

I know you’d want to indulge on a number of many new varieties of lattes this season. But be aware that caffeine in the latte causes anxiety, headache, chest pain or a ringing sensation in your ears.
At the end of the day, are you going to vouch for good foods or for a good mood? I really don’t know the answer to this. If you have these delicious foods, your mind’s going to revolt and if you don’t eat these delicious foods, if you’re really longing for them, that too is going to make your mind revolt.... Aha! I’ve got the answer! Balance is the name of the game!
