However, people who are diabetic or health conscious do not indulge in these sweet treats. Do not worry we have a solution for that. It is not necessary that all the sweets ought to be prepared with sugar. There are other alternatives. The jam can be prepared with fruits such as strawberry, blueberry, orange, and lemon. The fruits should be slightly unripe. Boil the berries with some honey in a pan. Let the boiled sauce cool down and it will gradually thicken. Fill the jam in jars and your homemade jam is ready.
