So if you wonder how your favorite stars find time to squeeze in healthy living in their busy lifestyle, here are some of the cool and wacky celeb diets and workout regimes they follow; I bet you would want to try them too!

Play roles that demand a considerable shrink-in: I think most of the celebs believe, there is no better way than accepting a character-play that demands them to considerably shed down a few pounds to stay fit and fine. Yes, these include roles like dying from an eating disorder, nearing death, depicting depression and so on. And who knows, the choice may win them something extra in the form of a few academic awards too!

Share nothing, but your meal: If you thought the stars weren’t too generous when it came to sharing stuff, I must tell you are mistaken. Well, they are, especially when it comes to their meals and believe me, they feel great, if they get to share their meals with another size zero star! Yes, a few of the star-studded friends are reportedly shaping up a scary diet club, where the main motto remains liberal sharing of a minimalist meal. Now, this is definitely something that calls for great amount of determination. So are in you in?

Breastfeeding their babies to lose baby weight: Thank God! Celebrity moms are now acting wise; may be not always for their own kid’s benefits (no offends), at least for their own body, they are not running away from breastfeeding their babies. Some even claim that nothing helps reducing baby weight like breastfeeding. May be or may not be true, there is no harm in trying it, if you have a baby, at least, your baby is gonna grow healthy!

Get those high heels for jogging: Shocked!!! Even I was. Whether it it’s a marathon running that stars are taking part in or a serious jogging session, it’s in trend to ditch the snickers and pull on the high-heels. Ah! I can’t guarantee you on a possible knee fracture or slip disc, but these stars vouch on the fact that it does help in reducing weight!
