raw/unsalted almonds, flaxseeds, sesame seeds, walnuts
FRUITS:
apples, blueberries, cherries, grapefruit, oranges, pomegranates
BEVERAGES:
green tea, pomegranate juice, vegetable juice, unsweetened blueberry juice, cherry juice
VEGETABLES:
arugula, bell peppers, broccoli, cabbage, carrots, leeks, onions, romaine lettuce, scallions, shiitake mushrooms, spinach, tomatoes
HERBS & SPICES:
basil, black pepper, cardamom, chives, cilantro, cinnamon, cloves, garlic, ginger, parsley, turmeric

Some Fats are actually good for you. And as you have pointed out all the nuts increase the good fats in the body. Avacado is also loaded with good fats. It is a good replacement for butter (atleast for me ).
