1. Living "Paleo" is meant to mimic our paleolithic ancestors lifestyle and diet by primarily eating lean proteins, vegetables, fruits, and good fats such as avocados, olive oil, and coconut. By removing gut irritating grains, dairy, and legumes and sticking to the above mentioned foods, we coincidentally increase our intake and absorption of vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants by simply eating the right foods.

The health benefits of eating Paleo or numerous and people are experiencing relief not only from minor health issues but also overcoming life threatening illness such as type II diabetes, heart disease, and obesity. Children also benefit greatly from eating a paleo diet and are overcoming common childhood ailments from chronic ear infections, eczema, asthma, and even behavioral issues.
3. The Paleo diet is not a one size fits all lifestyle.
