2 Quick & Easy Christmas Desserts To Serve
Make it in 15 minutes or less!
Christmas is here, and like as every year, my craving for desserts has literally gone out of control. But this year, I have somehow made up my mind to let in only the healthy ones, yes a total no to the unhealthy junk foods. But again I would like to keep them simple, yet delicious.
A few trial runs and a few rehearsals have won me what I have been looking for; desserts that are quick and easy to make, yet healthy and decent enough to be dished out to your family, friends and those uninvited and surprise guests who might knock at your door this Christmas night!
So here are two humble ideas; may be you can try them out if you find them impressive. (Or if your delicious desserts run out unexpectedly, these may come handy!)

It’s nothing special, but is definitely a lot yummy that whoever tastes it can’t leave it half way through and might even surprise you with a second help in their plates. Keep handy a few fresh fruits, like banana, cherries, pineapples, raspberries and more. More like a fruit salad, finely slice-up these fruits, top it with semi-sweet fat-free chocolate sauce, and may be a good number of chocolate chips and replete it with a spoon or two of non-fat vanilla flavored yoghurt! Serve it chilled on pretty glassware and let your guests enjoy!
This dish is best served with one individual fruit, but you may even try combinations only that you need to be quite choosy with the fruits you partner; not everyone might enjoy the combination taste.

These not just look pretty when served, but will also win the hearts that taste it! Quite simple, this would want you to first make thick chocolate sauce; again use dark chocolate or low-fat varieties for it; you may also use cocoa powder. Use berries, cherries and any of those try looking fruits or sliced fruits and dip them in the sauce and freeze chill. Your dessert for the day is ready.
If you fancy flavors to go with chocolate covering, use vanilla or mocha flavoring. Also, if you want the sauce to taste a little different and rich with a creamy texture, use whipped cream or fruit cream.
Do you have some easy dessert recipes to try? I would love to try them!
