Fat free milk and nuts are recommended for health. Yes be active every day, limit intake of fats, and maintain proper BPI (weight). I think today many have become lazy and drive every place, walking is good and healthy! Shanti/Mary-Anne

hi.. thats a good information.thank you.would like to add that nuts are considered good for health especially walnuts and almonds, eating about 5 each helps in decreasing bad cholesterol and increasing good cholesterol. Also along with relaxation techniques brisk walking for half an hour is beneficial it also helps in building collateral blood vessels-and reduces your risk for heart attack. If u have heart disease consult your doc before plunging into any kinda exercise.Try asking your doctor about cardiac rehabilitation as well..
