This list is bad and very innacurate.
The angulas look nothing like the picture shown, small inch long strings with a black dot. They are a delicacy, usd 1,000 per kilo, and have a unique fish taste but they are definately not strange.
Snails are eaten in many places in Europe.
Criadillas, or bull testicles, do not look like your picture. Judging by the ketchup, that photo is not from Spain. They are usually cut in discs, and fried in egg batter. Not far off from sweetbreads or brains, which is consumed all over europe.
I never heard of deep fried worms in Spain. As a matter of fact, I do not know where you will find those huge grubs in a temperate climate.
In spain the whole pig is eaten. Ear, snout, cheeks, feet, knees - are all delicacies. It is the soft cooked cartriledge that gives it its great taste.
If you think Crestas - rooster coombs - are weird, check out obispillos - chicken ass!
